Blender Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ground nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except nutmeg in container of electric blender.
- 2 process mixture until well blended.
- 3 pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie plate (mixture will be thin).
- 4 sprinkle top of mixture with nutmeg.
- 5 bake at 370 f for 25 minutes or until pie is set.
- 6 let pie stand 10 minutes before serving.
