Breaded Lamb With Onions And Gravy

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 small onion, cut into thin rings
  • 2 cups breaded cooked, boneless lamb loin (cut into thin strips )
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar lamb gravy
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (can add more if you like )

Recipe

  • 1 over medium heat,melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a medium sized skillet.
  • 2 add onions and cook until softened.
  • 3 then add lamb, gravy, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • 4 stir to make sure all ingredients are well combined, and heated through.
