Diabetic, Low-fat Chicken Littles

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh, grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 wash chicken very well in warm water.
  • 3 set chicken pieces on several thicknesses of paper towel to dry.
