Ingredients

- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup cream (you can add milk like i have to)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups instant potato flakes
Recipe
- 1 saute onion in butter
- 2 add sauerkraut you can drain it ,if thats what you do.
- 3 saute until onion light gold
- 4 add water.
- 5 bring to a boil
- 6 add potatoes.
- 7 mix in cream to desired thickness.
