Ingredients
- 2 limes, juice of
- 1/3 cup olive oil or 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 toss all the ingredients into a mini food processor and pulse until combined.
- 2 marinate meat for 1/2 hour.
- 3 grill.
- 4 eat.
