Crepes

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together & spoon just enough into pan to coat the entire pan. (maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup?) pan should be on med high heat. flip crepe when edges start to dry/flake and you start to see air bubbles form in the center. they cook fast so keep a close eye.
  • 2 can be served plain or with any number of fillings.
