Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 mix all together & spoon just enough into pan to coat the entire pan. (maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup?) pan should be on med high heat. flip crepe when edges start to dry/flake and you start to see air bubbles form in the center. they cook fast so keep a close eye.
- 2 can be served plain or with any number of fillings.
