Chocolate Mocha Knickerbocker Glory

Ingredients

• 2 cups milk
• 4 tablespoons coffee and chicory essence
• 8 scoops chocolate ice cream
• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
• whipped cream, to serve
• flake chocolate, to serve

Recipe

• 1 chill 4 glasses in the freezer.
• 2 place milk and essence in a blender and blend until frothy.
• 3 layer 2 scoops of ice-cream in each glass, pour milk mixture over ice cream & top with whipped cream add a flake and serve immediately.
