Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 large onion
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 0.5 (8 ounce) can bean sprouts
- soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce with sesame.
- 2 brown chicken then make a well to sauté onions and garlic till golden and add pinch of red pepper flakes to taste.
- 3 add sliced pickled ginger to taste.
- 4 add soy sauce
- 5 & little salt to taste.
- 6 in the end add water chestnuts, carrots and a hand full of bean sprouts. cook for about 2mins to incorporate but leave a little crisp.
- 7 enjoy over brown rice or in lettuce wraps.
