Dijon-glazed Halibut

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 4 halibut fillets
- additional fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium. coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2 combine all ingredients but fish and optional parsley. brush over fish.
- 3 grill fish, covered with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- 4 garnish with additional parsley, if used.
