Dijon-glazed Halibut

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 4 halibut fillets
  • additional fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat grill to medium. coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 combine all ingredients but fish and optional parsley. brush over fish.
  • 3 grill fish, covered with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  • 4 garnish with additional parsley, if used.
