Dijon Baked Flounder

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets, patted dry
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped ( and green parts)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 lightly grease or spray a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- 3 place flounder baking dish.
- 4 combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spread evenly over fish fillets. bake at 350°f for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
