Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) package diet lemon gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup flaked crabmeat or 1/2 cup shrimp
- 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
Recipe
- 1 dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
- 2 add vinegar and chill til slightly thick.
- 3 add shrimp and vegetables.
- 4 divide into moulds. chill til firm.
