Diet Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (3 ounce) package diet lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup flaked crabmeat or 1/2 cup shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
  • 2 add vinegar and chill til slightly thick.
  • 3 add shrimp and vegetables.
  • 4 divide into moulds. chill til firm.
