Cracker Barrel's Hash Browns Casserole Copycat

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 defrost hashbrowns.
- 2 combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hasbrowns.
- 3 put all in a 3 qt casserole dish.
- 4 saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.
- 5 cover and bake at 350 for about 40 minute.
