Cracker Barrel's Hash Browns Casserole Copycat

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 defrost hashbrowns.
  • 2 combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hasbrowns.
  • 3 put all in a 3 qt casserole dish.
  • 4 saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.
  • 5 cover and bake at 350 for about 40 minute.
