Cracked Black Pepper Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 salmon fillets or 2 salmon steaks
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 spread 1/2 the black pepper on a plate.
  • 2 smear 1 tsp olive oil over one side of the salmon fillets.
  • 3 lay the fillet, oiled side down in the pepper.
  • 4 lift and put on a baking sheet, peppered side up.
  • 5 repeat the process with the second fillet.
  • 6 bake at 350 f or 180 c for around 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
