Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat, flaked
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
- 1 tablespoon thousand island dressing
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and mash.
- 2 combine yolks, crabmeat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing and sour cream, blending well.
- 3 spoon into egg whites; chill until serving time.
