Cinnamon Oatcake Cookies

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup bran flakes
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 90 g butter, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  • 2 line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
  • 3 place flour, sugar, bran flakes, rolled oats, baking powder and cinnamon in food processor.
  • 4 process until well combined.
  • 5 add butter, process to a fine crumb.
