Chili Fruit Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  • 2 stir in crushed red pepper and allow to cool.
  • 3 pour cooled sauce over fruit and stir. chill until ready to serve.
