Brownie Swirl Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (8 ounce) package brownie mix
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk chocolate pieces, melted

Recipe

  • 1 grease bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • 2 prepare basic brownie mix as directed on package; pour batter evenly into springform pan.
  • 3 bake at 350°f 15 minutes.
  • 4 beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  • 5 add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • 6 pour over brownie layer.
  • 7 spoon melted chocolate over cream cheese mixture; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
  • 8 bake at 350°f for 35 minutes.
  • 9 loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  • 10 chill.
  • 11 decorate with whipped cream and chocolate flakes.
