Ingredients

• 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
• 1/2 cup flour
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 grease a cookie sheet.
• 3 in a bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients together into a dough.
• 4 place the dough in a decorating bag and use the biggest star tip you can find. in a circular form make 24 individual cookie cakes . bake until golden brown. 9-12 minutes.
