Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 large eggs, fork beaten
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. add ground beef.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 roll into 1 inch balls.
- 4 place in ungreased 3 quart casserole.
- 5 combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. pour over meatballs.
- 6 bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours until meatballs are no longer pink inside.
