Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1 lb large shrimp, cleaned and deveined

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan, saute shallots t in olive oil.
  • 2 add wine and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
  • 3 add heavy cream, minced garlic, paprika, cajun creole seasoning, lemon pepper, parsley flakes and cayenne pepper.
  • 4 cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
  • 5 remove from heat and fold in parmesan cheese.
  • 6 fold in lump crabmeat.
  • 7 let crabmeat mixture chill for 1 hour.
  • 8 butterfly shrimp.
  • 9 place on lined baking sheet.
  • 10 place 1 teaspoon of crabmeat mix on each shrimp.
  • 11 fan tail over mix.
  • 12 bake at 400 degree oven for 4 minutes.
