Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients

- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1/4 cup wine
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 lb large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, saute shallots t in olive oil.
- 2 add wine and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
- 3 add heavy cream, minced garlic, paprika, cajun creole seasoning, lemon pepper, parsley flakes and cayenne pepper.
- 4 cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
- 5 remove from heat and fold in parmesan cheese.
- 6 fold in lump crabmeat.
- 7 let crabmeat mixture chill for 1 hour.
- 8 butterfly shrimp.
- 9 place on lined baking sheet.
- 10 place 1 teaspoon of crabmeat mix on each shrimp.
- 11 fan tail over mix.
- 12 bake at 400 degree oven for 4 minutes.
