Crab Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb imitation crabmeat, flake style

Recipe

  • 1 chop artichoke hearts and crab finely in a food processor.
  • 2 squeeze excess liquid out of spinach using a colander.
  • 3 mix all ingredients in a crokpot.
  • 4 for about half an hour on high or until hot.
  • 5 best served with tostito's scoop tortilla chips. but use what you want.
