Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes

Ingredients

- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 large egg
- 4 saltines, crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 -4 drops hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning

Recipe
- 1 drain crabmeat, removing any bits of shell.
- 2 combine egg and next 7 ingredients; stir in crabmeat.
- 3 shape into 6 (3 inch) patties.
- 4 place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- 5 combine 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning; spread evenly on crab cakes.
- 6 sprinkle with paprika.
- 7 bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden.
- 8 (be careful not to overbake.).
- 9 serve with tartar sauce or cocktail sauce.
