Breaded Lamb Chops In The Pressure Cooker

Total Time: 24 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 14 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 -6 lamb chops, 3/4 inches thick
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup crushed corn flake crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 season lamb chops with salt and pepper dredge with corn flake crumbs, then dip in egg combined with milk, and again in the crumbs.
  • 2 heat pressure cooker and add shortening.
  • 3 brown chops on both sides.
