Beer Pretzels Mix Gifts In A Jar

Ingredients

  • 3 1/3 cups whole wheat bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup beer

Recipe

  • 1 stir together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  • 2 stir together oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion and cheese in another bowl.
  • 3 divide ingredients among 2 16 oz beer bottles or jars layering if bottles are clear.

  • 13 bake on the top rack of a 400° oven about 8 minutes till lightly golden.
