Crab Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 12 -16 ounces lump crabmeat, flaked and picked over
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
  • 2 add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
