Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 13 ounces chunk chicken breasts, premium, in water
  • 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4-1/3 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 drain chicken, place in mixing bowl, and flake with fork.
  • 2 add mayonnaise, celery, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt if using.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 serve chilled.
