Ingredients

• 3 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup corn syrup
• 2 egg whites
• 1 (3 ounce) box jell-o cherry gelatin
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 mix together the sugar, corn syrup and water.
• 2 boil to hard ball stage.
• 3 beat two egg whites and beat in the gelatin powder.
• 4 pour the hot syrup slowly over the beaten egg whites.
• 5 beat everything together.
• 6 add the chopped nuts and coconut.
• 7 pour into buttered pan.
• 8 cut into squares when cool.
