Ingredients

- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 dash red pepper flakes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil in a 12 inch skillet.
- 2 add rest of ingredients.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 8 minutes.
- 4 stir often.
