Broccoli With Bell Peppers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in a 12 inch skillet.
  • 2 add rest of ingredients.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 8 minutes.
