Broccoli Sauce For Pasta

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 bunch broccoli, about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut broccoli in flowerettes.
  • 2 peel the stems and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • 3 heat oil in pan.
  • 4 add garlic, salt and black pepper.
  • 5 slowly saute garlic until it is slightly brown.
  • 6 add 1/2 cup water.
  • 7 mix water and garlic into a sauce.
