Broccoli Puree With Parmesan

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups mashed potatoes, prepared mashed potatoes such as simply potatoes
- 1 lb broccoli floret, about 8 cups
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk, 1%
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 heat potatoes according to pkg directions and keep warm.
- 2 cook broccoli in boiling water 7 min or til tender. drain. place broccoli, and remaining ingreds except mashed potatoes in a food processor, process til smooth.
- 3 combine potatoes and broccoli mixture, and heat through if neccesary.
