Belgian Carrots

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 1/2 cups carrots, diced and boiled
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dry flakes)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 put in a greased baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
