Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups carrots, diced and boiled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dry flakes)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 put in a greased baking dish.
- 3 bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
