Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 dash pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, salad dressing or 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- paprika or chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 remove shells from eggs and halve lengthwise. carefully remove yolks and place in small bowl.
- 2 mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. fill egg halves with yolk mixture. sprinkle with paprika or garnish with parsley.
- 3 tip: for crab-stuffed deviled eggs, add 1/4 cup drained flaked crab meat.
