Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, cooled
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, salad dressing or 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • paprika or chopped parsley

Recipe

  • 1 remove shells from eggs and halve lengthwise. carefully remove yolks and place in small bowl.
  • 2 mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. fill egg halves with yolk mixture. sprinkle with paprika or garnish with parsley.
  • 3 tip: for crab-stuffed deviled eggs, add 1/4 cup drained flaked crab meat.
