Cranberry Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
- 2 stir well.
- 3 make into 1 inch meatballs.
- 4 bake in uncovered shallow pan for 10 minutes at 450f degrees.
- 5 put meatballs in a large bowl and keep warm.
- 6 combine cranberry sauce, and remaining ingredients in saucepan.
- 7 cook on med.
- 8 heat until bubbly.
- 9 pour over meatballs.
- 10 mix well.
- 11 serve warm.
