Chicken Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

Recipe

  • 1 mix yogurt mayonaise parsley flakes seasoned salt and ground pepper until combined. add chicken celery and onion. toss to coat well and cover. refrigerate at least 30 minutes. serve on a sandwich or salad greens.
