Cheddar Broccoli Corn Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 7
- 1/4 cup margarine, divided
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed and divided
- 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
Recipe
- 1 melt 2 t margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
- 2 stir in flour and salt.
- 3 add milk graduallly, stirring until smooth.
- 4 increase heat to medium and cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly.
- 5 add cheese, stirring until melted.
- 6 stir in 1/4 c corn flakes and corn and remove from heat.
- 7 arrange broccoli in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2" (2 quart) glass baking dish.
- 8 pour cheese sauce over broccoli.
- 9 melt remaining margarine in saucepan; stir in remaining cereal.
- 10 sprinkle over casserole.
- 11 bake at 350 f 30 minutes or until heated.
