Bryanna's Homemade Broth Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups nutritional yeast flakes
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage, crumbled not powdered
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Recipe

  • 1 blend in blender or food processor until powdery. store in dry, airtight container.
  • 2 use 2 level teaspoons per cup of boiling water.
