Ingredients

- 5/8 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon splenda granular
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons apple pie filling, mashed
- 1 1/3 cups boiling water
- 1 scoop protein powder
Recipe
- 1 the night before, boil water and add this to a food flask.
- 2 add oats, salt, apple and splenda.
- 3 stir well and close flask.
- 4 in the morning, mix the protein in and stir well.
- 5 serve with flakes of almonds, a dollop of sugar free maple syrup and a dash of milk. (i don't use the milk!).
