Apple Porridge With Protein - Overnight Cook

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 5/8 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon splenda granular
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple pie filling, mashed
  • 1 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Recipe

  • 1 the night before, boil water and add this to a food flask.
  • 2 add oats, salt, apple and splenda.
  • 3 stir well and close flask.
  • 4 in the morning, mix the protein in and stir well.
  • 5 serve with flakes of almonds, a dollop of sugar free maple syrup and a dash of milk. (i don't use the milk!).
