- 13 ounces broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed well
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/3 cup unsalted cashews
- 3 tablespoons unsalted cashews
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in heavy skillet or wok over medium high heat.
- 2 add garlic and nuts and pepper flakes, if using.
- 3 stir over medium high heat 2 minutes or until lightly golden.
- 4 add broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly tender.
- 5 serve hot.
