Broccoli With Cashews

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 13 ounces broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed well
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted cashews
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted cashews

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in heavy skillet or wok over medium high heat.
  • 2 add garlic and nuts and pepper flakes, if using.
  • 3 stir over medium high heat 2 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • 4 add broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly tender.
  • 5 serve hot.
