Blow Your Top Off Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, chopped
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red chili powder
  • 2 dashes louisiana hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef and lamb, drain fat and rinse.
  • 2 put all the ingredients in a slow cooker and let it simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours.
