Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 10 slices bacon
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, chopped
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 3 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon crushed red chili powder
- 2 dashes louisiana hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and lamb, drain fat and rinse.
- 2 put all the ingredients in a slow cooker and let it simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours.
