Barbecue Pearl Onions

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup pearl onion (i used frozen.)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients until combined.
  • 2 add frozen pearl onions to coat.
  • 3 marinate until pearl onions are thawed or until ready to use -- i recommend at least two hours.
  • 4 wrap in foil pouch.
  • 5 poke a couple of holes in packet.
  • 6 toss on grill for 30 minutes.
  • 7 eat and enjoy.
