Apple Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 2 cups apples, thinly sliced (winesap or tart apple)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
- 1 place layer of cornflakes in well buttered baking dish.
- 2 add a layer of apples.
- 3 combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 4 sprinkle sugar mixture over apples.
- 5 dot with butter or margarine.
- 6 repeat until all apples and cornflakes are used.
- 7 bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 8 serve with ice cream or whip cream.
