All-purpose Cream Sauce Mix

Ingredients
- 2 cups non-fat powdered milk
- 1/4 cup instant chicken bouillon granules
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a storage container with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- 2 seal tightly and store in a cool,dry place.
- 3 stir or shake before each use.
- 4 uses: substitute for condensed cream soup: combine 1 1/4 cups of water and 1/2 cup of the above sauce mix in a small saucepan; blend well.
- 5 cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
