Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 cups cooked carrots
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups crushed frosted flakes
Recipe
- 1 start by sauteing the crushed frosted flakes in 2 tbls butter. remove from pan and set aside.
- 2 sautéing the chopped onions in 2 tbls butter.
- 3 add flour, milk and salt & pepper.
- 4 heat until it reaches the consistency you desire
- 5 add carrots and stir.
- 6 pour into a 9x13 pan.
- 7 place frosted flakes on top
- 8 cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
