Carrot Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups cooked carrots
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups crushed frosted flakes

Recipe

  • 1 start by sauteing the crushed frosted flakes in 2 tbls butter. remove from pan and set aside.
  • 2 sautéing the chopped onions in 2 tbls butter.
  • 3 add flour, milk and salt & pepper.
  • 4 heat until it reaches the consistency you desire
  • 5 add carrots and stir.
  • 6 pour into a 9x13 pan.
  • 7 place frosted flakes on top
  • 8 cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
