Creme De Menthe Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package cake mix
• 1 pistachio pudding mix
• 4 large eggs
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/3 cup creme de menthe
• 1 cup mini chocolate chip
• angel flake coconut

Recipe

• 1 mix the first 6 ingredients and beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
• 2 fold in chocolate chips.
• 3 grease and flour bundt or angel cake pan.
• 4 sprinkle pan with coconut.
• 5 bake cake 50-60 minutes at 350.
• 6 ice with confectioner's sugar and creme de menthe.
• 7 garnish with andes mints.
