Creamy Garlic Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 6 potatoes, peeled,cubed and boiled
• 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup half-and-half
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 -2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
• 1 -2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 put everything, except the cheddar cheese in a large pot or bowl.
• 2 using a mixer blend until smooth.
• 3 spoon into a casserole dish that's been sprayed lightly with cooking oil.
• 4 cover and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
• 5 uncover and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
• 6 bake 5-10 minutes just until cheese melts.
