Country Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed) or 7 -8 potatoes, cooked skinned and grated
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix everything except the cornflakes in 3 tbs melted butter. place in buttered 9x13 pan. top with cornflakes tossed in 3 tbs mellted butter.
  • 3 bake 45 to 60 minute.
