Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed) or 7 -8 potatoes, cooked skinned and grated
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix everything except the cornflakes in 3 tbs melted butter. place in buttered 9x13 pan. top with cornflakes tossed in 3 tbs mellted butter.
- 3 bake 45 to 60 minute.
