Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 1 lime
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 1/4 cup chopped jicama
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
- 1 mango, diced
Recipe
- 1 remove pith and skin from oranges, lime and grapefruit and cut in chunks.
- 2 in large bowl, combine fruit, jicama and 1 teaspoon of the pepper flakes.
- 3 refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. adjust heat seasonings before serving.
