Chinese Plum Chicken

Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 8 1/2 ounces plum sauce
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in an 11x7-inch baking dish.
- 2 combine onions and next 6 ingredients; stir well, and pour over chicken.
- 3 bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50 minutes or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with plum sauce mixture.
