Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 5 ounces cheddar cheese (or more if you like)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 grease 8 inch square pan.
- 3 mix all ingredients except for topping and put in prepared pan. (i just mix right in the pan).
- 4 mix topping ingredients together.
- 5 sprinkle on top.
- 6 bake 45 to 60 minutes.
