Cheddar Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 ounces cheddar cheese (or more if you like)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 grease 8 inch square pan.
  • 3 mix all ingredients except for topping and put in prepared pan. (i just mix right in the pan).
  • 4 mix topping ingredients together.
  • 5 sprinkle on top.
  • 6 bake 45 to 60 minutes.
