Cashew Herb Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsley, stems and all
  • 1/4 cup herbs, try oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, about 3 small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, lime juice is also great
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • pepper, to taste
  • water, to thin as needed

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
  • 2 add water if necessary to blend or to thin if desired.
